Our offices and hours are listed below. Before you come, be sure to read the Be a prepared patient page and the Important forms page so you'll know what to bring with you on your first office visit.
Using the free MapQuest® service you can get precise directions from virtually any address in southern California (or from anywhere in the U.S. for that matter) to either one of our two offices. To do this, click the desired MapQuest links under your preferred office location.
Office schedules are subject to change. Please call (818) 506-5197 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific time to make an appointment or to discuss your pain management issues with us.

Parking: Outside parking is available directly east of the medical building in a paid lot and also on either side of Riverside Drive near the offices. (Sorry, we don't validate paid lot parking.)
Hours: The North Hollywood office is open and available for appointments Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
